“Cyberflashing” is illegal in the UK.
“Cyberflashing” is defined by the Cambridge Dictionary as “the act of someone using the internet to send an image of (his or her) naked body, especially the genitals (= sexual organs)” without the consent of the recipient of the image. This act has been illegal in Scotland since 2010 and has also become illegal in the UK as of March of this year (2022).
